Order Confirmation On receipt of your order we will issue you an email titled Dandelion Wood- Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and prices.
Guarantee All our products are supplied with a three month guarantee against faulty workmanship.
Cancellation You may for a short period of time be able to cancel an order that you have placed, however if you have already received an email confirming despatch of the goods ordered then you will have to return the unwanted items at your own expense following the guidelines below.
Shipping & Returns We do hope you love the items you have ordered but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund as long as it is within our 14 day return policy from the time of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. We recommend that you ask for proof of posting from your Post Office as we cannot accept liability for any goods that we do not receive back to us.
Faulty Goods If a product arrives and it is faulty or develops a fault within this period we will replace it or if you prefer we will refund. This guarantee does not cover items that are misused or abused. In case of any faulty goods please >>contact us<<.
Pricing Policy All prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery Some orders are dispatched by courier and will require a signature. If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place (ie. by side of porch, with neighbour, behind bins, etc) please let us know in the comments box at the end of placing your order. Dandelion Wood will not be responsible for any item that goes missing once it has been left on your property.
